Here this Sony NEX camcorder that we ever discussed last May. Its the NEX-VG10, a digital camcorder with interchangeable SLR lens that designed special for movie-makers. This camcorder is constructed by NEX mirrorless line-up with E lens-mount and APS-C sensor which also match to Sony’s compact micro-four-thirds format.
Sony NEX-VG10 camcorder has capability to capture a 14MP still image into JPEG format and a full HD video shooting (1080i super resolution at 60fps) into AVCHDTM format. Its features by a a sharp 921,000-dot resolution LCD screen, a Sony Memory Stick or SD-card slot, a Quad Capsule Spatial Array Stereo Microphone. This camcorder doesn’t equip with RAW software but it has sensors, image processors and lenses which have a similar function like RAW. Sony will ship the NEX-VG10 camcorder along with the image-stabilized E18-200mm ƒ3.5-6.3 lens as a package around September at cost $2,000.
