NTT Docomo I supposed, has rumored to release their Hikari iFrame based Android tablet PC around March 2010. But lately, this NTT Hikari iFrame Android tablet prototype has spotted at AkihabaraNews. This portable device has a a 7-inch display with 800 x 480 touchscreen resolution and also capable to use as a digital photo frame and also tablet PC. The Hikari iFrame has equipped with an open-source OS that has ability to pass any third-party software that’s possible to make this device become regular media player, photo viewer and other simplistic apps. Seems like, this device is made as multi-talented gadget. NTT didn’t explain more further how the Hikari iFrame prototype can be hands-on by Akihabara nevertheless there is no information about the official fix date availability information from them.
