
Verizon has just confirmed about the Droid X date availability to media yesterday. Based on their schedule, the Motorola Droid X has been canceled and re-scheduled on July 15th and carry Android 2.1 OS which still can be upgraded into Android 2.2 version and Flash 10.1 support. This new android smartphone will be offered at cost $199 after $100 mail in rebate with a two year customer agreement. Based on the source, the Droid X use Snapdragon processor (Texas Instrument 1GHz Processor) along with 8GB on board storage, 4.3-inch display with 854 x480 resolution, 8GB on board storage and 16 GB microSD card expansion up to 32GB.
